A customer from a social infrastructure equipment manufacturer consulted us about their desire to keep "manufacturing costs below 70% of domestic production" in order to respond to a large-scale bid. In response, we sourced high-difficulty precision machined parts locally in China. We adapted to production fluctuations using a cell production method with multi-skilled workers. Additionally, we formed a project team to assemble approximately 6,000 parts, achieving this through creativity and innovation. We are also continuously working on reducing man-hours and improving quality.
